Renchuang Enterprise Technology Center

 The enterprise technology center of Renchuang technology group was recognized as Beijing Enterprise Technology Center in 2009. The center implements the director responsibility system. At present, there are 1 Director, 1 executive deputy director, 3 directors of the research office and 5 academic leaders. Each director of the research office has multiple subject leaders. The subject leaders lead several researchers to carry out subject research, forming a talent echelon with reasonable age structure, basic professional support and strong research ability. In addition, an academic committee composed of 15 discipline leaders in the fields of building materials, oil and gas field development, casting, rain and flood utilization, ecological architecture and desert planting has formed a strong team for the research and development of silica sand resource utilization.

Renchuang enterprise technology center is mainly responsible for the research on the basic theory and application mechanism of silica sand recycling, the research on key technologies such as silica sand micro particle interface modification and bonding molding, the development of new silica sand materials and products, and the engineering application of silica sand technology products. In recent years, it has mainly studied and invented sand-based permeable water filtering blocks, silica sand honeycomb purification facilities, breathable and impermeable sand Technologies and products such as breathable and impervious blanket, oil permeable and water blocking sand, breathable and water blocking sand, self suspension proppant, sand plastic building materials and recycling of casting waste sand have been carried out, and engineering application research has been carried out, realizing the whole chain innovation of creativity - trial production - productization - Engineering - industrialization.
